If you wish to use other financial institutions, please apply by bank account transfer request form. (See below for details)
Please fill out the account transfer request form, affix your seal, and submit it to the University of Miyazaki. (If you need a bank account transfer request form, please pick one up at the Account Section, Financial Division, 2nd Floor of Administration Bureau. If you prefer to have the form mailed to you, please contact the Account Section, Financial Division. The contact number is 0985-58-7122.)
・Personal information is handled in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Incorporated Administrative Agencies, etc." and the "Personal Information Protection Regulations of National University Corporation Miyazaki University". ・The name, address, and other personal information provided at the time of the account transfer procedure will be used for the purpose of performing services related to tuition fee collection. ・The University may outsource some of the above operations to a contractor.
・If you apply for the tuition transfer by online, please complete it at least one month prior to the tuition account transfer date (the date of automatic withdrawal). ・If you apply for the tuition transfer by bank account transfer request form, please submit the form at least two months prior to the tuition account transfer date (the date of automatic withdrawal). ・If you wish to change the financial institution which you have registered your tuition transfer account after your enrollment, you will need to complete the account transfer procedures again. The procedure can be completed either online or by submitting bank account transfer request form.
