授業料の口座振替手続きについて

Tuition Account Transfer Procedures

入学時含め既に口座振替手続きを行っている方は、変更がない限り手続きの必要はございません。

Those who have already completed the account transfer procedures, including at the time of enrollment, do not need to follow the procedures unless there are any changes.

口座振替手続きにつきましては、以下2つの方法がございます。
There are two methods of account transfer procedures.

1.Webでの申し込み

以下の留意事項をご確認いただき、次の下記URLより申し込みください。

〇Webで申し込み可能な金融機関は、以下の通りです。その他の金融機関をご希望の場合は、
　「預金口座振替依頼書」をご提出ください。

・宮崎銀行　・宮崎太陽銀行　・信用金庫（宮崎第一、高鍋、延岡）　・宮崎県南部信用組合
・鹿児島銀行　・肥後銀行　・大分銀行　・福岡銀行　・西日本シティ銀行　・南日本銀行
・宮崎県内ＪＡ　・ゆうちょ銀行 ・九州労働金庫

〇The following financial institutions are available for online application.

The Miyazaki Bank, The Miyazaki Taiyo Bank, Takanabe Shinkin Bank, Nobeoka Shinkin Bank,
MIYAZAKIKENNANBU SHINKUMI BANK, THE KAGOSHIMA BANK, The Higo Bank,
THE OITA BANK, THE BANK OF FUKUOKA, THE NISHI-NIPPON CITY BANK,
The Minami-Nippon Bank, JA　BANK（in Miyazaki Prefecture), JAPAN POST BANK ,Kyushu Labour Bank

If you wish to use other financial institutions, please apply by bank account transfer request form.

2.預金口座振替依頼書での申し込み

口座振替依頼書を記入、押印後、宮崎大学への提出をお願いいたします。
（預金口座振替依頼書が必要な方は、財務課出納係窓口でお渡しいたします。郵送をご希望の方は、
財務課出納係(0985-58-7122)までご連絡ください）

2. Application by bank account transfer request form

Please fill out the account transfer request form, affix your seal, and submit it to the University of Miyazaki.
(If you need a bank account transfer request form, please pick one up at the Account Section, Financial Division, 2nd Floor of Administration Bureau. If you prefer to have the form mailed to you, please contact the Account Section, Financial Division. The contact number is 0985-58-7122.)

個人情報の取扱いについて

・個人情報については「独立行政法人等の保有する個人情報の保護に関する法律」及び「国立大学法人宮崎大学個人情報保護規則」に基づいて取扱います。
・口座振替の手続時にお知らせいただいた氏名、住所及びその他の個人情報は授業料徴収に関する業務を行うた めに利用します。
・上記業務遂行上、一部の業務を本学より委託を受けた業者において行うことがあります。

Handling of Personal Information

・Personal information is handled in accordance with the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information Held by Incorporated Administrative Agencies, etc." and the "Personal Information Protection Regulations of National University Corporation Miyazaki University".
・The name, address, and other personal information provided at the time of the account transfer procedure will be used for the purpose of performing services related to tuition fee collection.
・The University may outsource some of the above operations to a contractor.

※注意事項

・Webで口座振替申し込みされる方は、授業料口座振替日（引落日）の1ヶ月前までには申込みを済ませてください。
・預金口座振替依頼書で申し込みされる方は、授業料口座振替日（引落日）の2ヶ月前までにはご提出ください。
・ご入学後に登録した授業料振替口座の金融機関等を変更する場合には、再度、口座振替手続きが必要となります。 　
この場合、Web及び口座振替依頼書のどちらでもお手続きは可能です。

※Notes

・If you apply for the tuition transfer by online, please complete it at least one month prior to the tuition account transfer date (the date of automatic withdrawal).
・If you apply for the tuition transfer by bank account transfer request form, please submit the form at least two
months prior to the tuition account transfer date (the date of automatic withdrawal).
・If you wish to change the financial institution which you have registered your tuition transfer account after
your enrollment, you will need to complete the account transfer procedures again. The procedure can be
completed either online or by submitting bank account transfer request form.
