In the report of financial accounts of theprogram in February 2003, when MU welcomed a delegation of YU, the tight financialsituation was recorded together with the total amount of money. Basically ‘StudyPromotion Work Fund’ financed this program and the shortage was covered by the moneyscraped up from every source of revenue. ‘Welcome dinner party’ sponsored by Presidentand ‘Student Luncheon gathering’ were supported by President’s budget and by MUteachers who attended these gatherings. After that, as the Study Promotion Funds becameabundant, the program still continues.
