- 95 -inter-University one in 1995. ‘The Memorandum of Student Exchange’ wasconcluded in November 2005.Agricultural University of NanjingAUN is located Nanjing-shi in Jiangsu Sheng, China. It started in 1902 as Faculty ofNatural History of San Jiang Teachers Training School. The agricultural faculties of theprivate Jinling University, National Zhongyang University and Zhejiang University wereintegrated into Nanjing Agricultural School by the nationwide university reform in 1952.It was selected one of two important agricultural universities. It moved to Yang Zhou andbecame ‘Jiangsu Agricultural School.’ In 1979, it came back to Nanjing with the formername of ‘Nanjing AgriculturalSchool.’ It became ‘AgriculturalUniversity of Nanjing’ in 1984.It consists of 23 Faculties with32,000 students and 2,726teachers and officials (as of2012). There are about 190foreign students from 23countries in long- and shorttermexchange programs. Itexchanges about 70 studentswith Japanese and Korean
