The researchers of bothinstitutions together attended the academic meeting and symposium held inAmsterdam and Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg). In 1992, Mr.Adachisigned the ‘International Exchange Agreement between MU and UL’ on behalfof Presiddent Ikeda.
