- 109 -*In the second half of the list (see p.110), there are many teachers from theuniversities in Taiwan: Soochow University (the exchange agreement wasconcluded in 2004) and National Chengchi University (the exchangeagreement was concluded in 2009).*The lecture by Ms. Chen Shu-Chuan of Soochow University was given as apart of the memorial speeches of the establishment of Graduate School ofJapanese Language Support of MU.*Mr. Cai Mao-Feng of Soochow University gave four lectures in three years.His lectures were collected and published as A Record of Lectures by Cai Mao-Feng. (see p.72)*Ms. Ursula Richter worked as a German language teacher at MU for 10 years(1992 to 2002). Her first lecture in 2006 was cosponsored by coterie membersof Miyazaki Study, Graduate School of Japanese Language Support, and theGerman Language Department with the dean’s discretionary expenses. Hersecond lecture in 2014 was sponsored by Kiyohana Room for the Promotion ofEqual Opportunities for Men and Women.*Ms.Keiko Shimojo, a teacher of English ofFaculty of Education and Culture MU,Invited Mr. Scott Pugh, who talked about thetwo short stories “Super-Frog Saves Tokyo”and “Honey Pie” from All God’s Children CanDance by Haruki Murakami.
