- 139 -(xⅷ) The establishment of Miyazaki University Reunion in Taiwan(June 13, 2014 Taipei YMCA)To promote the sister college relationship with the universities in Taiwan, MUGSO made efforts to establish ‘Miyazaki University Reunion in Taiwan.’ OnJune 13, 2014, it held the establishing meeting at YMCA Hall in Taipei with 28people in attendance, including Mr.Itami, Head of GSO MU, Mr.Su Ke-Bao,Chairman of Japanese Language Department of SU, Mr.Nagatomo and his wife,Mr.Cai Mao-Feng and his wife, Ms.Chen Shu-Chuan(SU) and her husband,Mr.Su Wen-Lang(NCU)and his wife, SU teachers, and some former SU and NCUexchange studentsThe rules of the organization was approved in its original form and thenPresident (Mr.Cai Qing-En), Vice-President (Mr. Que Hao-Ran), and Secretary-General (Ms.Yan Hao Ting) were selected. All the participants had a good timein the party after the ceremony.The Rules of Miyazaki University Reunion in Taiwan (an extract)Article 1: This organization is called ‘Miyazaki University (MU) Reunion inTaiwan.’ It has the purpose of contributing to the development of MUby promoting mutual friendship among the members.Article 2: This organization consists of those who once studied at MU. Those whosupport the purpose of the organization can be a member through theapproval of the executive meeting.Article 3: The following events will be carried out to accomplish the purpose:(1) Promotion of exchange and cooperation among the members(2) Promotion of the cooperation and collaboration with MU(3) Organizing and carrying out the events in accordance with thepurpose………….An additional rule: These rules shall come into force on June 13, 2014 (TaiwanYear of 103).
