- 153 -time distributed the draft of the Constitution, asking their opinions on it.The committee examined the opinions given by foreign students in thelunchtime meeting on October 13. Then the revised version of theConstitution was put in Newsletter No.40 (November 17, 1993) and wasgenerally agreed.*The committee was shifted over to the preparatory committee in April of1994, which started the preparation for the Establishing Meeting of MUFSAon April 21. The preparatory committee members were:・Bambang Pontio Priosoeryanto (Indonesia) [Graduate School ofAgriculture]・Guillen Jose Luis (Guatemala) [Graduate School of Agriculture]・Wayusuwanwit Termpong (Thailand) [Graduate School of Agriculture]・Hunang Wen Quan (China) [Faculty of Education (Music Dept.)]・Yasukuni Takano [Faculty of Education (Japanese)]・Kiyoshi Hirase [Faculty of Education (English)]・Guy Butterworth [Faculty of Education (English)]・Mitsuomi Nakamura [Student Affairs Department]*During the lunch recess (12:00~12:45) on April 21, 1994, the EstablishingMeeting of MUFSA was held in the large meeting room on the third floorof the University Hall. About 40 people, including foreign students andthose concerned on and outside of campus came together to celebrate theestablishment.* The following items were decided in the meeting:(a) The Constitution was approved in its original form.(b) Bambang Pontio Priosoeryanto (Indonesia) was elected President ofthe Association.
