- 157 -⑤ Farewell party (March 15, 1995)For the foreign students who planned to go home in March, MUFSAorganized a farewell party in University Co-op cafeteria. The congratulatoryspeech was given by Mr.Kawachi, Dean of Students Affairs. MUFSAPresident Bambang Pontio Priosoeryanto gave a farewell speech and handedover large square cards with the messages from all the participants to each ofthe leaving students. Sixteen foreign students left Miyazaki by the end ofMarch, and twenty-four newcomers came to MU in April.
