They received a two-daystudy and training about the organization atDCE (Aug. 27 and 28). They left for Japan onAug. 29.*As SARS (Severe Acute RespiratorySyndrome), which had broken out inKwangtung, China, was prevalent all over theworld, MU gave clinical thermometers to thestudents and required them to take theirtemperature at nine o’clock every morning.Even after they came back home, they were required to take their temperature for 10days.
