- 75 -After the arrangement of the date, we decided to have a signing ceremonyat Faculty of Education and Culture, MU on March 23, 2009. On that day,Dean Toshimi Sakuda, Mr. Hirase, Chairman of SEC, and Mr. Nagatomo,Chairman of Japanese Language Department, and Mr. Miyoshi, SecretaryGeneral of the Faculty from MU, and Ms. Yu Nai-Ming, Dean of Faculty ofForeign Language, and Ms. Zhang Jun-Bei, an official of NCU InternationalExchange Center from NCU came together and the ceremony of signing wascarried out.After the ceremony, Mr. Nagatomo and Mr. Hirase took Ms. Yu Nai-Mingand Ms. Zhang Jun-Bei to President Sumiyoshi and then, to InternationalExchange Plaza on the third floor of the University Library.National Chengchi UniversityIt is located in Taipei, Taiwan. The forerunner of the University was NanjingGovernment Central Communist Party School founded in Nanjing in 1927. It was rebuiltas a university of Humanities and Sociology in Taiwan in 1954. Now it has nine faculties:Literature, Science, Law, Commercial Science, Social Science, Foreign Language andLiterature, Communication, International Business, and Education. It is a typical nationaluniversity of Taiwan with the institutes from kindergarten to graduate school withdoctoral courses. The number of students is 15,000.＜The main gate＞
