The education was given mainlywith foreign language courses. At the beginning, there were 10 departments, includingForeign Languages and Business Management. But year after year, new departments wereadded, such as New Foreign Languages, International Business, and InformationTechnology. In 1988, graduate schools were established in the fields of English Literatureand Law. In October 1991, it was promoted to a university.
