The Ph.D. Student Exchange Scholarship by PSU's Graduate School, is now open for applications, offering support for international students in conducting research and exchange knowledge at PSU.

Degree Level: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
Application Deadline: 20 March 2026
Eligibility: International Ph.D. student, currently enrolled in a PhD program and maintain student status throughout the research period.
