The Tenure Track Promotion Office is an organization that recruits and trains young researchers to become leaders in fundamental and priority education and research fields in their respective faculties. Promising young researchers are hired by the Tenure Track Office, and during their five-year tenure-track period, they are trained to become future leaders of our university.
