Distinguished Professor Naoaki Misawa of CADIC receives "Best academician/Researcher" at the "Asian Animal Health Award 2024(AAHA)". The award ceremony was held on March 12th at the international exhibition "Health & Nutrition Asia 2024" in Bangkok.
AAHA recognizes individuals and organizations ,which contribute to the maintenance of animal health and disease prevention, and conduct outstanding exemplary activities for animals, animal owners, and the general public in the Asia-Oceania region.
Distinguished Professor Misawa was highly praised for his research activities toward One Health in Japan and for his contributions to improving the quality of animal health in the Asian region. The award-winning lecture was given at the session "FAVA's One Health Approach on Sustainable Food Security in Asia Pacific" co-sponsored by FAVA and the Thai Veterinary Association, and the award was presented at the reception afterwards.
