When you travel abroad *Including temporarily return to home country or travel to a third country

Online Notification System of Overseas Travel and Return to Japan　オンライン渡航届/帰国届

• International students who will temporarily return to their home country or travel to a third country are required to submit the "Online Notification of Overseas Travel" at least 10 days prior to their departure.
• The eligible overseas travel is all overseas travel including personal travel.
• If you travel abroad without completing the "Online Notification of Overseas Travel", it may hinder the University's ability to confirm your safety in the event of a crisis overseas.
• Also, please fill out the "Online Notification of return to Japan" as soon as you return to Japan.
  

• 外国人留学生が母国に一時帰国する場合や、第三国に渡航する場合は、出国の10日前までにオンライン渡航届を入力してください。
• 対象となるのは、私事渡航（海外旅行等）を含む海外渡航全般です。
• 「オンライン渡航届」を入力せずに海外渡航すると、海外で危機的事象に遭遇した際に、大学による安否確認に支障を来す可能性があります。
• 渡航先から帰国したら、速やかに「オンライン帰国届」を入力してください。
