Professor Tamaki Okabayashi, Vice-Director of CADIC (serving for Faculty of Agriculture also) received "Faculty of Agriculture Community Contribution Activities Award 2023".
This award is presented for his following activities in 2022.
"1. To elucidate the transmission cycle of SFTS, which is prevalent in Miyazaki, and to alert Miyazaki to prevent the spread of this disease. 2. To develop animal shelters to isolate SFTS-animals in collaboration with Miyazaki company.
