Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in University of Miyazaki

We work on programs to support female researchers in University of Miyazaki, funded with the subsidiary fund for promotion and administration of science and technology from the Ministry of Education and Science in 2008.

KIYOHANA ATHENA Office of Gender Equality Promotion settled as the center for the program. The office tries to maintain the environment for any staff, researcher, and student at our university to work on their research and/or work as a part of her/his balanced life.

What is Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?

Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a multi-functional space for anyone regardless of gender. The room can be used as a place to take a rest, for pumping milk, and for friendship where you can enjoy chatting with friends. Also, when you need any help, the support staff will attentively listen to you and give advice.
