2019年度授業料の納付について
Payment of tuition fees for 2019

2019年度の授業料の納付は、原則として以下記載の「1．納付期限・口座振替について」のとおりですが、年間の授業料を一括でお支払される場合は、在校生は4月10日までに、新入生は5月10日までに財務課出納係（0985-58-7122）へご連絡願います。
上記期限までにご連絡がない場合、口座振替の手続を開始させていただきますので、予めご了承ください。

1．納付期限・口座振替について
1．Deadline and Account Transfer

学部・大学院・畜産別科の場合
Undergraduate Students & Graduate School Students

• 入学手続時にご指定いただいた口座から口座振替（引落）により、前期分・後期分の2回に分けて納付していただきます。
• 事前に、ホームページおよび学内掲示板に納付期限・金額・方法等を掲載します。
  学資負担者宛てに個別の案内はしておりませんので、予めご了承ください。
• 2019年度授業料の口座振替は以下の日程となります。
  各振替日の前日までにご指定いただいた口座へご入金をお願いいたします。

• Please pay by account transfer or direct debit from the account you specified at the time of your enrollment. Payment should occur two times (1st semester and 2nd semester).
• Information on the payment deadline, payment amount and payment method will be posted on the website and campus bulletin board of the university. Please note that individual notification is not provided.
• Schedule of tuition fees payment for 2019 is as follows.
  Please be sure that you make a payment to your account by the day before date of transfer.

※口座振替日は原則27日ですが、27日が土日祝日の場合、口座振替は翌営業日となります。
特に2019年度前期は、新天皇即位に伴う休日・祝日を見込んで１０日ほど遅くなっておりますのでご注意ください。
※授業料免除の申請者は、前期－7月29日(月)、後期－12月27日(金)が口座振替日です。（免除結果が出るまでは引落は行いません）
※やむをえない事情で、休学・退学等を願い出ようとする場合は、口座振替を停止する必要がありますので、早めに各学部の教務・学生支援担当係（医学部は学生支援課）に相談してください。
※長期履修生は金額が異なります。不明の場合は、財務課出納係へ問い合わせください。

※The Direct Debit Date is usually the 27th of each month. If 27th is Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, direct debit will occur the next working day.
Please note that the Direct Debit Date of the 1st semester will be 10 days later than usual.
※The Direct Debit Date for applicants who apply for exemption of tuition fees will be July 29, Monday (1st semester) and December 27, Friday (2nd semester). Debit will not occur until the exemption result is released.
※Stop of direct debit is necessary if you take a leave of absence or withdrawal for unavoidable circumstances. Please contact the Academic Affairs & Student Services Section for each faculty and Student Affairs Division for Faculty of Medicine. Early notification is appreciated.
※Payment amounts for long-term auditors is different. Please contact the Account Section (suito-gakari) of the Financial Division (zaimu-ka) if you find anything unclear regarding the amount.

研究生・科目等履修生の場合
Postgraduate Research Students & Auditors

• 窓口にて現金でお支払い又は金融機関にてお振込となります。
• Tuition fees will be paid by cash at the counter or transferred at a financial institution.

• 口座振替（引落）の申請をされていない方、資金不足等により口座振替ができなかった方、研究生・科目等履修生は、下記の口座へお振込みにより、必ず納付期限までにお支払いください。（納付期限：前期－4月30日、後期－10月31日）
• 振込手数料はご負担ください。
• 振込の際は、振込人名を「学籍番号 学生氏名」の順で入力してください。
• 口座振替ができなかった方は、必ず注意事項をご確認いただいたうえでお支払いください。

• Please make a payment by the deadline if you haven't applied for the bank account transfer or failed the bank account transfer or if you are a postgraduate research student or auditor.
  （Deadline for 1st semester－April 30、for 2nd semester－October 31）
• You are responsible for the bank transfer fee.
• Please include your ①Student number ②Name as the Payer when you make the transfer.
• Please make a payment after confirming the payment method if you cannot make a bank transfer.

平成19年1月4日から、金融機関において10万円を越える現金の振込を行う場合には、本人確認書類の提示が必要でしたが、平成28年10月1日から、本人確認手続に関する法令の改正（※1）により、金融機関の店頭において、大学等の入学金・授業料等（※2）を現金で振り込む際、10万円を越える場合であっても、本人確認書類の提示が不要となります（ATMでは、10万円を越える現金の振込ができません）。

※1）犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律施行規則の一部を改正する命令（平成27年内閣府、総務省、法務省、財務省、厚生労働省、農林水産省、経済産業省、国土交通省令第3号）

※2）学校教育法（昭和22年法律第26号）第1条に規定する小学校、中学校、大学に対する入学金、授業料その他これらに類するもの（施設設備費、実験実習費、図書費、学生互助会等の各種諸会費、各種保険料、寄附金及び協賛金等、その費目にかかわらず、入学金、授業料と同時に支払われるもの）が対象となります（幼稚園に係る入学金等については、引き続き、金融機関等の窓口での本人確認書類の提示が必要となります）。

• 口座振替（引落）の申請をされていない方、資金不足等により口座振替ができなかった方、研究生・科目等履修生は、下記窓口でも お支払いができます。納付期限までにお支払いください。（納付期限：前期－4月30日、後期－10月31日）
• 窓口へお越しの際は、学生証又は学籍番号が分かるものをお持ちください。
• 口座振替ができなかった方は、必ず注意事項をご確認いただいたうえでお支払いください。
